For commercial (non-academic) software, you are simply purchasing passwords with licenses to use the software on an unlimited basis on specific PCs (there are no printed manuals - documentation with example problems are included in the Help file of the software). For academic software, you are purchasing licenses to install and use the software on an unlimited number of PCs used for educational, non-commercial purposes only.
After placing your order, please supply us with the System ID from opening screen of the software, and we will issue you a password to unlock the software on that specific PC.
Purchase Orders (from the USA only) are accepted from major institutions and companies by email (with appropriate documentation) or by US mail.

NOTE: Academic CD orders require a signed statement on your institution's letterhead stating "TDS's software will be used for academic, educational purposes only." This statement can be mailed via USPS to the above address or emailed to us in PDF form.

Terms & Conditions
US purchase orders must be paid in 30 days or they will accrue interest of 1 1/2% per month. All outside US orders must be prepaid in US$ from a US bank, or via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, JCB methods or International Money Order.
