PumpBase™ will find the best pump for your fluid conveyance application. Enter a system's TDH, desired flow, fluid properties and the pumps that meet your requirements are listed in order of efficiency. You can optionally enter suction head, NPSHA and system curve data to further refine your pump search. 40 additional selection criteria such as type of pump, particle size and orientation are also available.
PumpBase includes a database of over a thousand curves from more than 40 manufacturers. Once the pumped liquid's description is specified, standard centrifugal viscosity corrections can be automatically applied to all curves. Pump performance curves with iso-efficiency and iso-NPSHR (Net Positive Suction Head Available) lines are available and the design and actual operating points are plotted along the system curve. Detailed reports are created that can be submitted to pump manufacturers or sales representatives for further application verification and price quotes. Database editing capabilities are also provided so that users can enter their own pump curves and liquid properties.
